Is this a recruiting service or software?
ScoutBridge is a service. Someone at ScoutBridge manages your athlete's outreach to college coaches. It is not a tool you log into to do the work yourself, though parents and athletes can follow everything in the portal.

Someone at ScoutBridge writes and sends the outreach from your athlete's dedicated address, and handles the replies that come back. Nothing goes out automatically.

Yes. ScoutBridge charges one flat monthly fee that is never tied to an offer, a scholarship, or any recruiting outcome, which keeps the service consistent with NCAA and NAIA rules on recruiting and scouting services.
